Russ Volckmann CBC, Ph.D., has worked for over thirty years as an organization development consultant and executive coach. He achieved a B.A. from Monmouth University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition he studied humanistic psychology at Sonoma State University and focused on Gestalt Therapy and Jungian Archetypal Psychology. He was a Fulbright Fellow in India.
 
As an educator, he currently teaches in the Ethical and Creative Leadership PhD Program at Union Institute and University; he has taught at U.C., Berkeley; the University of Arizona; the United States Army Intelligence School at Ft. Juachuca, Arizona; Sonoma State University; Golden Gate University; John F. Kennedy University; Leadership University; California Institute of Integral Studies; and the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology. In addition he has served on dissertation committees for the Fielding Graduate Institute, the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, Antioch University and as a doctoral student mentor for Antioch University.
 
As a writer and editor he was the founding editor of a professional journal, Vision/Action, for five years. He is publisher and editor of theIntegral Leadership Review and LeadingDigest. He is currently on the Editorial Committee of Integral Review, which is published by ARINA, Inc. He has published two books, edited three more, and published numerous professional articles and interviews.
 
 
 
Rudy Fischer is currently a Management Analyst for the Department of the Navy. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration-as well as the Corporate Secretary-for Pulse Link, Inc., a San Diego developer of communications "chips". In this role he managed the company's Finance, Payroll, Purchasing, Human Resources and Facilities departments.
 
He has over 25 years experience in the High technology industry, having worked in nuclear energy, semiconductor, semiconductor equipment and software development companies such as Bechtel, Advance Micro Devices, Applied Materials, Canadian Aviation Electronics and Silicon Magic. He has extensive experience providing leadership in fast growing, dynamic companies and a successful track record in aligning Human Resources and support services with the organization's strategic, business and profitability goals.
 
He has practiced, and is in tune with the concept, that those employees who are happy with their jobs want to come to work and are consequently much more productive than those who are not. Mr. Fischer obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Berkeley, a Master of Science in International Business from St. Mary's College, and received a Certificate of Completion from Stanford University in their Extended Studies Program, with a concentration in Business, Law and Economics.
